Chinese Martial Arts have long been practiced for self-defense, health and well-being. Commonly known as Kung Fu, their development over centuries of use has made them perhaps the world's most diverse and comprehensive martial arts. Chang Hong Kung Fu teaches traditional Northern Shaolin Chang Chuan, Southern Shaolin Hong Chuan, Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. It is our goal to strengthen and preserve these ancient arts by passing on the knowledge that has been handed down through centuries of culture and tradition. Kung Fu is suitable for all ages, male or female, and no previous experience in martial arts is necessary to begin study. In addition to learning self-defense, benefits of study include improved fitness, coordination and flexibility, greater vitality and mental focus, and a heightened connection between mind and body.
