Chuan, Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. It
is our goal to strengthen and preserve these
ancient arts by passing on the knowledge that has
been handed down through centuries of culture and
Kung Fu is suitable for all ages, male or female,
and no previous experience in martial arts is
necessary to begin study.
